Thermalized Aluminum Windows from J & M Glass Company is a Smart Choice

All thermal aluminum windows manufactured by J&M Glass pass very strict industry specifications. That alone makes them a good choice, but there’s more. According to one of the specifications, air leakage cannot increase more than 0.375 cubic feet per minute (CFM) for each foot of weather-stripped window boundary with a 25 MPH wind raging outside. Our 700 Series Double Hung permits only 0.06 CFM air percolation and that is only one sixth of the industry standard specifications!

A Thermal Aluminum Window has minimal air leakage when compared to other non-thermal break windows. They have greater resistance towards heat transmission too.  With double glazing, they will break 26% to 38% of the heat loss when compared to wood windows manufactured at most factories.

The Thermal barrier aluminum frames are heat tested by bringing the fresh aluminum up to a T5 temper to provide both strength and durability.  That greatly minimizes the amount of heat or cold transmitted through the frames. That saves you money!
